Staying here was pleasant overall. The location near Richmond was ideal, offering a lovely atmosphere, but the basic breakfast and limited drink choices were a bit disappointing. Friendly staff made up for it, and the room had a cozy feel, though it could use some updates.

ideal spot for park views and charming landmarks
I had a lovely time exploring the nearby Terrace Gardens just a few steps away and enjoyed the breathtaking views of Richmond Park almost 2 km from the hotel, making my walks relaxing and memorable as I soaked in the natural beauty surrounding the area. The room was comfy, but a bit noisy from the traffic outside. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits were available, which was nice. They had a fridge too, so you could store snacks. No TV in the room, which I didn't mind, but I know some people might find that a downside. The shower was powerful, that was a highlight for sure. it was decent for a short stay.

No TV in the room, which was a surprise. Loved the free parking and helpful staff for directions. Breakfast was decent but a bit pricey. Quiet atmosphere, which was nice, but the place feels a little underappreciated. Decor could use a refresh.

Breakfast was good if a little expensive. Some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Frequent bus number 65 at the door coupled with free parking made getting to Kew gardens and Richmond simple and affordable.
The whole place was far too quiet, don't understand why it's not more popular. Missed not having a TV in the room if only for the news. The weather was fine so outdoor stairs to the rooms was not a problem but I think indoor stairs is a modification the owners should look at.

Great spot near Richmond, super easy to get into London. The room was a Double Room with garden view, clean and cozy with a private bathroom, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The staff were friendly and the food was decent. Plus, there's free parking and good bus access, which made exploring a breeze.

I stayed here with my family for a night to explore the surrounding attractions. The location was fantastic, close to Richmond and easily accessible by public transport. While the room was a bit dated and there were some cleanliness issues, the comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep. We found the breakfast to be good but slightly overpriced. it was a decent stay with some positive aspects, but there’s certainly room for improvement.
